I am an actor and educator in the DMV, performing most recently with Creative Cauldron, Way Off Broadway Dinner Theatre, and Rockville Musical Theatre. Favorite credits include Diana: The Musical (Princess Diana), Into the Woods (Cinderella), The Addams Family (Morticia), Tootsie (Sandy), Beverly Hillbillies: The Musical (Elly May Clampett), and The Bad Seed (Christine Penmark).

As a voice teacher, I love helping my students learn to use their instrument in new ways, with an emphasis on using proper foundational technique, minimizing tension, and creating a sustainable, healthy sound. Students may choose to work on building an audition book, developing recital repertoire, or just singing songs they love!

With my piano students, I follow the Faber & Faber curriculum to provide a strong foundation in music theory and proper playing technique. I also encourage my students to select "challenge pieces" slightly above the difficulty level of their lesson books to create long-term goals and learn how to approach something that may initially seem out of reach.

When not teaching or performing, I love being outdoors, playing with my adorable goldendoodle, crafting (just about any kind you can think of!), and nerding out over Magic: The Gathering, DnD, Harry Potter, etc.
